Passing a bill to release inmates from prison who were convicted on marijuana possession
Increased diversity within the marijuana industry, specifically through the revision of licensing requirements and application processes
Emphasize restorative justice models when approaching marijuana licensing
Prioritize licenses going to people in economic empowerment or social equity programs

Implementing new regulation which would allow for social equity and economic empowerment applicants to receive a “pre-certification” for becoming licensed
Reduce the barriers to entry for social equity and economic empowerment applicants
